My name is Sarabjit Lakhia and I am originally from India where I completed my schooling and earned a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. I moved to United States in 1998 and started teaching in 2003. I completed my Masters Degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix AZ in 2005.Currently I teach a mix of Replacement level and Honors level Math classes.
I have been teaching at Northern Burlington High School since 2015 and have felt great pleasure in serving and making connections with Northern community. I am a class advisor for Class of 2020 and I help students to plan and execute various school events such as homecoming and fundraisers. I also participate in extended day Math learning Program at the Middle school to help struggling students.
