September 1993 was the first time I walked through the halls of Northern Burlington. The “East Building” of the high school was then the middle school. Throughout the years, I taught Computer Applications, Entrepreneurship, and Business and Careers to our 7th and 8th graders. In September 1994, I started the campus store which was a little walk up window in the 600 hallway of the East building. Today, our students operate a walk-in campus store called The Hound Pound (follow us @nbhoundpound). I also advise the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Chapter in the middle school. There is only one other middle school FBLA chapter in the entire state of New Jersey! Finally, I have been co-directing our Annual Talent Show.
“If you love what you do…you will never work a day in your life…” This is me. Being a teacher is my passion and why I am here. It is the students and teachers at Northern Burlington that have made my journey as an educator here just amazing.
